About us

The Zachary Network is a Dorset-based educational consultancy run by Deborah and Jan Zachary.

Deborah works as a challenge partner with a range of multi-academy trusts and individual schools.

Deborah is available to give update briefings for groups of schools - typically a two-hour session, probably a twilight briefing, drawing on good practice.

We offer a professional view including pragmatic advice on school improvement.
